Kris Kross Rapper Chris Kelly Found Dead Yesterday Afternoon

Chris Kelly, also known as MacDaddy was found dead yesterday afternoon in his Atlanta home by a relative. An autopsy hasn’t been performed yet but Fulton County police said: “it appears it may have been a possible drug overdose.”The 90’s rapper from the popular rap duo Kriss Kross was only 34-year-old.

Chris and Chris Smith (DaddyMac) rose to fame in the early 90’s their hit single ‘Jump’ which topped the charts for eight weeks. We can’t forget their odd but unique style of wearing clothes back to front. I know I tried it when I first saw the video, but I always got told to put my clothes on properly #Awks. I know that you all did too, don’t lie.

I am deeply saddened by this news, people today are passing away too young. My condolences go out  to his family, friends.

Iggy Azalea – Bounce

Not only has the Gorgeous Aussie rapper Iggy Azalea released her second single ‘Bounce’. She has also announced that she is officially signed to Island Def Jam Records. The 22-year-old will be rubbing shoulders with the likes of Rihanna and Kanye West who are also signed to the label. A track with Riri and Iggy on the cards? I hope so!

In regards to her latest single, I think it has more of a pop/club vibe in comparison to ‘Work’. Even though I like her previous single way more than this, I can still definitely see myself shaking a leg to this track in a club. Apparently the visual for ‘Bounce’ is Bollywood inspired and the female rapper has already shot the video in India. The new visual will be released on the 5^th May, I can’t wait to see it.

By the way is it me or has Iggy always been this tall? I mean, she looks like a giant hippy in the artwork cover, don’t you think?

This week is the hot Iggy Azalea. The Aussie rapper is currently storming the charts with her new single ‘Work’. The newcomer appeared on our screens in 2011 with first track ‘My World’. Iggy was signed to southern rapper T.I’s record label Grand Hustle in 2012 and has previously recorded songs such as, ‘Murder Business’ and ‘Pu$$y’. Not only is the blonde beauty a rapper but the new face of Levi Jeans and she looks damn good.

Now signed with Mercury Records her latest single ‘Work’ premiered in February. Even though I wasn’t to sure about the track when it first came out, the video got me hooked. Since then I fell in love with Iggy and every time I watch the video the more I like her and the song, and to be honest I just love that tootie fruity booty.

Busta Ryhmes Gets Cheesed Off

One thing that you don’t do, is mess with a man and his food. If you do mess with a man and his food expect him to get super angry. This messy situation happened when raps biggest icon Busta Rhymes, visited the legendary fast food restaurant Cheeseburger Baby. Busta allegedly cut the line in the famous Miami based restaurant,and then out of frustration of not being served he allegedly called workers a F*g and another a B**ch, he then continued on to say that he is going to get them. Now, now there’s no need for the language and remember you cut the line buster! Don’t you just hate when celebrities feel that they can do what ever they like. Good on you Cheeseburger Baby workers!

Cassie – Numb

Cassie released her new music video for her latest song ‘Numb’ featuring Rick Ross, which will be featured on her mixtape ‘Rocka Bye Baby’. We all know that Cassie is not the best singer in the industry and she is better off standing in the background of some hip-hop music video somewhere, but hey at least she giving her music career another shot. In my opinion the music video represents the song, which isn’t that great. I’m not a fan of half singing half rapping, either do one or other. Well it is Cassie we can’t expect number one hit. It’s just unfortunate that the big ol’ teddy bear Rozay can’t make this track reach number one in charts.  However you never know it might just be a grower. Or it won’t, at least she looks kinda hot in the video right?
